Mayville Lodge Andalusian Stud

Mayville Lodge uses the very best stallions from Australia, and using frozen semen, from around the world.  We were the first to import and successfully use frozen semen, and have been very happy with the results.  Here are some of the stallions that are part of our past, present and future breeding programme.

A lovely big boy of true Andalusian type whose progeny here in Australia we have been absolutely delighted with.  With still more semen in the storage tank, there will be more on the ground soon.

This magnificent horse has a great pedigree - and the conformation and movement to match!  Due to Lockdown with the 2007 EI outbreak we only put 2 mares in foal very late in the season.  Eagerly awaiting their arrival in March.
